Ph.D. Civil Engineering, Ijaza in ten recitations of Holy Quran
- had graduated in civil engineering from Egypt (B.S. 1967, Master 1970, Ph.D. 1974)
- Dr. Florida was a demonstrator, lecturer, and staff member in Faculty of engineering in Egypt and Kuwait. He was also the head of civil engineering department in college of technological studies at Kuwait and consultant and designer engineer for civil projects.
Dr. Florida authored many reference books and notes in civil engineering courses, as well as researched in civil engineering.
Dr. Florida was an Arabic, Quran, and Islamic Studies teacher at Bright Hope Center. He has sadly passed, and will never be forgotten for the great teacher he was. In his honor, a scholarship will be presented to any of those that fit the requirements.
